Tech Director, Worship Arts, Full-time/On-site

Location: Richland, WA

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AVL Director to join our team. This role is for someone who loves, serves, and follows Jesus passionately, and has a desire to disciple and train others in their technical journey and in their walk with Christ. The ideal candidate will lead and direct all aspects of Audio, Visual, and Lighting (AVL), including broadcast. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and disciple AVL team members, fostering spiritual growth and technical excellence.

  • Oversee, manage and maintain all AVL components (audio, video, lighting, and broadcast)

  • Must understand both live and broadcast audio infrastructure, and operation. (Avid S6L, S4, and ProTools, L’acoustics sound systems, ATEM video switchers, GrandMA lighting consoles, ProPresenter)

  • Ensure high-quality sound and video experiences during live events and broadcasts.

LIFEKIDS Administrator, Part-time/On-site

Location: Richland, WA

Position Overview: LIFEKIDS is looking for a well-seasoned Administrator to partner with our Kids Pastor in leading and supporting our children’s ministry areas. The ideal candidate will be gifted in organization, communication, and leadership—able to manage systems, lead people, and coordinate events with excellence and grace. This role is for someone who loves kids, values team collaboration, and thrives on creating smooth systems so ministry can flourish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and communication with LIFEKIDS leaders and volunteers.

• Prepare weekly ministry needs so that services run smoothly.

• Oversee purchasing of supplies for weekly programs and special events.

• Plan and execute events with the LIFEKIDS team and in collaboration with other ministry departments.

• Support the Kids Pastor in carrying out the vision for LIFEKIDS.

• Create and maintain organizational systems to help LIFEKIDS ministry thrive.
